Whether you need to replace a single tooth, address severely damaged teeth, eliminate unsightly and inconvenient partial dentures or bridgework, or undergo a full mouth reconstruction. Given that surgical dental implants involve a surgical procedure, it is highly recommended to consult with an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon.
Each dental implant procedure is tailored specifically to your individual needs. Our surgeons work closely with your general restorative dentist to develop a treatment plan that ensures the highest quality aesthetic and functional outcomes.

In more complex cases, a bone augmentation or grafting procedure may be necessary to prepare the mouth and jaws for implant stability or to give the gums around the implants a natural appearance. If such procedures are required, the surgeons will discuss them with you during your consultation.

Implants vs Dentures

What are the benefits of dental implants compared to dentures?

Natural Look and Comfort

Dental implants look and feel like natural teeth, providing a comfortable and secure fit without the discomfort associated with removable dentures.

Enhanced Functionality

Implants allow for better chewing and speaking, as they are firmly anchored in the jawbone, eliminating issues like slipping or clicking.

Long-Term Durability

With proper care, dental implants can last a lifetime, unlike dentures, which often require replacement or adjustment.

Bone Health Preservation

Implants prevent bone loss by stimulating the jawbone, while dentures can accelerate bone deterioration due to a lack of direct stimulation.

Convenience and Stability

Dental implants offer superior stability and convenience, requiring no special maintenance beyond regular brushing and flossing, unlike removable dentures
All-on-4 Explained

What are All-on-4 dental implants?

Key features and benefits of All-on-4 dental implants:

All-on-4 dental implants are a revolutionary solution for full-mouth tooth replacement that uses four strategically placed implants to support an entire arch of prosthetic teeth. This technique provides a stable and permanent solution for patients who have lost most or all of their teeth in the upper or lower jaw.

This innovative approach provides a durable, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing solution for patients seeking a comprehensive surgical dental implants option.
Minimal Implants, Maximum Results
Using only four implants, the All-on-4 system efficiently supports a full set of teeth, reducing the need for extensive bone grafting.
Immediate Functionality
Patients can often receive a temporary set of teeth on the same day as the implant surgery, allowing them to leave the clinic with a functional smile.
Cost-Effective
By minimising the number of implants and eliminating the need for additional surgeries, the All-on-4 approach can be more cost-effective than traditional implant methods.
Enhanced Stability
The angled placement of the rear implants provides optimal support and stability, even in cases where bone density is compromised.
Improved Quality of Life
All-on-4 implants restore full chewing ability, speech clarity, and a natural-looking smile, significantly enhancing overall quality of life.
Precision Planning

Our 3D implant planning technology

3D implant planning technology has revolutionised the field of dental implants by utilising Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT), 3D mouth scanners, and advanced implant planning software. This cutting-edge approach allows for precise and accurate planning of every dental implants procedure.

CBCT provides detailed, high-resolution 3D images of the patient’s jawbone, teeth, and surrounding structures, offering a comprehensive view that traditional X-rays cannot match. A 3D mouth scanner captures a digital impression of the patient’s oral cavity, creating an exact replica of their mouth without the discomfort of traditional molds.

These digital images are then integrated into specialised implant planning software, enabling the dental professional to visualise the optimal placement of implants, assess bone density, quality, and anticipate potential complications.
This meticulous planning process enhances the accuracy of the surgical dental implants process, reduces surgical time, and improves the overall outcome by ensuring implants are placed in the most suitable positions for stability and aesthetic results. By leveraging 3D implant planning technology, patients receive a more tailored and effective treatment, leading to better functionality, comfort, and satisfaction with their dental implants.
